Payment Terms Invoices rendered by Dynamic International Freight Services Ltd (the Company) in respect of duties, taxes, imposts, levies, deposits, guarantees, or outlays paid by the Company to the authorities or of certain outlays of freight to operators, must be settled immediately. Invoices rendered by the Company in respect of freight charges other than those specified in (1) and ancillary charges are payable within 30 days from the date of invoice. Interest at the rate of 2% per month or part thereof calculation from the date of invoice may be charged on all monies outstanding beyond the above stipulated payment limits.
